Primary Mortgage - June '10 update

One more update before I shut the computer down for the night. Just the regular old boring payment on the big loan. If I'm looking for bright spots....

• The fixed rate for the next 28 yrs and 11 mths is only 4.5%.
  
• I really do love where we live.
  
• In only 5 more months, I can brag that we owe less than a quarter of a million. ---Did you see my eyes roll on that one???
